Our friends for 20th Century Fox in New Zealand are about to release the new film “Conviction”.
They have offered the pre-view of the film to Rotary on the nights from 14 Feb prior to its release to the public on February 24th.
PDG Tony writes:
"20th Century Fox in New Zealand has agreed to offer the showing of the film “Conviction” as a pre-release “Rotary Birthday” fund-raiser in cinemas from 14 Feb prior to its general release.   This is a great opportunity to pick up extra cash for the Polio Challenge and save those hard earned dollars for your many other projects (including TRF Annual Giving).
DG Howard has asked all clusters and clubs to support this fundraiser,  with coordination in centres with Hoyts, Reading, and Events cinemas provided by the local AGs.   There is potential to raise in excess of $75,000 in 9940 provided it is supported by clubs and Rotarians.  The movie is exceptional, and has won awards overseas."

Place this in your Club calendar now so we can maximise the event to fund raise for The Rotary Foundation.
