Back from a lovely meal with DGE Bob and Margaret. We were joined by IPDG David and Michele, Dave Wilson and Margaret as well as PDG Dexter and Celia.
The food was great, but the banter and laughter was even more enjoyable.
Tomorrow we will enjoy even more friendship and good times as we join the rest from the District at Changeover. This is a real positive aspect of our journey with Rotary. The friendship we have made will last a life time.

Dave was excited. He reported to me that this year he has been able to secure the purchase of 76 Emergency Response Kits at a value of $45,000 and this has involved 28 Clubs. He also reported that this year he has been able to visit 50 of our 60 Clubs. Thanks for the update Dave. He also shared with me that his family have 'royal' connections - and I advised him I am related to King Edgar the Peaceable!! Jenny overheard and just smiled.
