It happens to all of us - and yes, a birthday signals for me another year older - and this time it is the big 60!
I still only feel like a 35 year old (yeah right!!!!)
I often ask, how old would you you say you were if you did not know when you were born?
Or as another friend said wisely, "You are only as old as your spirit.!"
